Our No-Return Policy
All sales made by Girik Exports are final. Once a delivery has been accepted by the customer, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
Why We Have This Policy
Laahé products are 100% organic, small-batch food items sourced directly from farms. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, and our strict quality control process, we are unable to accept returns once a delivery has been accepted. This policy protects the integrity and safety of our products for all customers.
Before You Accept Delivery
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their delivery carefully before accepting it from the courier. If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or compromised in any way, you have the right to refuse the delivery at the door. Once accepted, the order is considered complete and final.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with damaged packaging that you did not notice at the time of delivery, please contact us at connect@girikexports.com within 24 hours with photographs of the damage. We will review each case individually. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Wrong Item Delivered
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. If the error is on our part, we will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched at no additional cost to you. This is the only circumstance under which a replacement may be issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at connect@girikexports.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the no-return policy applies.
International Orders
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any charges levied by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are delayed, held, or confiscated by customs authorities. We comply with all export regulations for organic food products.
Quality Guarantee
Every Laahé product is quality-checked before dispatch. We are confident in the standard of every item we ship. If you have a genuine quality concern that is evident before opening the product, please contact us at connect@girikexports.com and we will review your concern on a case-by-case basis.
