Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship across all states and union territories in India. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days. Express delivery (1–3 business days) is available for select pin codes at an additional charge. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above ₹999.
International Shipping — USA
We ship to all US states. Standard international shipping takes 10–15 business days. Express shipping (5–7 business days) is available at an additional cost. All prices are displayed in INR and converted at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping — UAE
We ship to all Emirates. Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days from dispatch. Express shipping (3–5 business days) is available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties applicable at the point of entry. We comply with all UAE import regulations for food products.
International Shipping — Australia
We ship to all Australian states and territories. Standard delivery takes 12–18 business days. Express shipping (6–8 business days) is available at an additional cost. All shipments comply with Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) regulations for organic food imports.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. For international orders, tracking may not update in real time at all points in the journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For lost shipments, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will initiate a trace with the courier.
